Tour Itinerary:   DAY 01:             PHNOMPENH -CHAUDOC (D) 11h30-12h30 boarding LE COCHINCHINE boat. Enjoy welcome drink Explore the lively Cai Rang floating market. Cruising amongst the mazes of waterwa to  visit the handicraft villages  and meet with local people. Sightseeing the old house and sample various tropical fruits. Lunch on board while Le Cochinchine sets sail  through Cho Lach to Mangthit. Embark on  a  pleasant walking or biking on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people's activities. En route to visit a cottage industry , a local farm  and sample seasonal fruits. Leisurely cruise up the Mekong River taking in the beautiful scenery and the magnificent sunset on sunset on the  river while sipping aperitifs. A wonderful day with picturesque ferry crossings over Mekong River branches . Dinner and night on board in Traon.   DAY 02:             LONGXUYEN -CANTHO -TRAON(B,L,D)   After breakfast we head out to Longxuyen and then Cantho embark on  Le Cochinchine cruises for a cruise along the river while enjoying the scenic water way. Visit the unique farms where fish are bred in wooden cages suspended under floating houses on the river. Explore the long Xuyen market one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats barging and jostling for space as owners attempt to sell their goods. A small boat will take you through the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards. Take advantage the twilight in the evening on the shore Mekong.  LeCochinchine set sails torward Cantho and moor midstream for the night. Diner and overnight on board.  Dinner and overnight on board Lecochinche.   DAY 03:             CAIBE DEPARTURE (B)   Rising up early for another nice day we  contemplate sunrise while having breakfast on board. Visit pagoda, food market, Caodai temple and primary school headed by Magueritte Duras. Walks along the village path and acquaintance with rural activities of local people  ie rice and vegetable farms, shrimp fishing net.  Enjoy the landscape and meeting hosting smiling children.  Noon time approaching, disembark and  the cruise concludes.   B}: Breakfast, {L}: Lunch, {D}: Dinner
